Youth Dussack Course

This class is designed for children ages 12 to 16 and teaches them the fundamental aspects of fencing with the Dussack, a traditional weapon of the Renaissance Era Germanies. This will be a 6 week course during which time students will learn the Primary Guards of the German System, basic attacks and defense, footwork, stance, and the tactical elements of fencing. Students are will participate in a variety of solo drills and paired work with instructors while learning about the history of fencing in the Germanies. 

Class Dates:

Thursdays from 5 to 6pm.

Price: $100 for the 6 week course. All equipment needed will be provided. Students wishing to purchase and use their own Dussack will receive a 15% discount on the course.
